General Bonus Rules

Wagering Requirements

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Following investigation, bs678 may permanently close the Account, withhold or forfeit all balances, reverse winnings, and where applicable, report the activity to relevant authorities in Bangladesh or other applicable jurisdictions.

bs678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 06.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily — whether for responsible gaming reasons or any other personal reason — may do so by contacting the bs678 support team via live chat at any time. Voluntary account closure requests are processed promptly. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within five business days of the closure being confirmed.
